Playing Out was featured in Drapers as part of a wider piece exploring sustainability and circularity in childrenswear. “We try and keep things as local as possible to reduce our carbon footprint,” founder Sadie Clayton shares, with garments designed across East London — from Bethnal Green to Hackney and Barking.With a focus on durability and product afterlife, the brand creates water-resistant pieces designed to be worn for years, passed down, and ultimately kept out of landfill.
