All our items are made to order. Once your order is placed:

• Production takes up to 15 business days.

• You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

• Please note that dispatch times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on demand.

2. Shipping Method

We ship all orders via Royal Mail Tracked:

• This allows you to track your parcel from our studio to your door.

• Standard delivery times once dispatched are typically 2–5 working days within the UK.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the order.

• You will see the total cost before confirming your order.

• Any customs, duties, or taxes for international orders (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
