1. Pre-Orders & Made to Order Items

All items sold on Playing Out, including are made to order. Each item is carefully produced per order to ensure quality and attention to detail.

• Please note that orders are produced once placed.

• Dispatch timelines are stated on our shipping page, please allow this time for your order to be prepared and shipped.

2. Returns & Refunds

As items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will provide:

• A replacement, or full refund if replacement is not possible.

• Please ensure you check sizing and details carefully before placing your order.

3. Consumer Rights

Even though made to order items are not eligible for standard 14-day cooling off period cancellations, your statutory rights remain protected:

• Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.

• If your item is faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

4. Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

• Payments are processed via Stripe.

5. Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and you can find here further details here.

• Dispatch dates are estimates; we will always do our best to meet them but cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control (e.g., courier delays, weather.)
